At currIQunet, one of my tasks was to help develop training for the developers. The goal was to develop a program where new developers would be taught the "tribal knowledge" of currIQunet, learn the accepted best practices and standards, and thus become more efficient employees. As an added benefit, it would help prevent coding and software errors in the company product.

These were produced as non-linear PowerPoint Presentations, to be used in conjunction with the Developer's Guide. I say non-linear, because in the quiz section of each module, user's choices determine which slide they proceed to. A downside to this is that viewing these in a browser will not work in most cases.
